摘　　要：民营企业融资供求存在着巨大的资金缺口,必须积极拓展融资渠道,依靠直接融资来解决。基于此,论文对新时代黑龙江省民营企业直接融资体系的构建和完善进行探讨。There is a huge gap in financing supply and demand of private enterprises,so we must actively expand financing channels and rely on direct financing to solve it.Based on this,the paper discusses the construction and perfection of the direct financing system of private enterprises in Heilongjiang Province in the new era.
