摘  要:为了研究石墨烯的生物效应,为其在林业生产应用提供指导.本文以银白杨(Populusalba L.)扦插苗为实验材料,采用室内盆栽方式,在土壤中施加不同质量浓度(0、10、20、50和100 mg/L)氧化石墨烯(GO)溶液后,分析植株生长情况、叶片光合荧光参数、根系形态和土壤肥力变化情况.与0相比,10、20、50和100 mg/LGO溶液处理后扦插苗地上部分株高和新生茎叶的质量分别增加了16.6%~62.1%和34.4%~61.7%(t=-6.13~-1.82,P<0.05),根部质量、总长度、总表面积、总投影面积和总体积分别增加了30.6%~126.1%、25.6%~124.0%、21.3%~113.4%、21.2%~119.3%和12.5%~112.5%(t=-6.35~-0.68,P<0.05),土壤有效磷质量分数分别提高了19.8%~57.4%(t=-1.25~0.78,P<0.05).土壤中施加GO溶液后,银白杨扦插苗地上部分、根系及土壤肥力近似以浓度依赖的方式得到提升.因此,推测GO溶液主要通过提高土壤肥力和改善根系生长状态促进银白杨扦插苗的生长.In order to study the biological effect of graphene,and provide guidance for its application in forestry production.In this paper,Populus alba L.cutting plantlet was selected as material for indoor potted experiment to analyze the biomass,the photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of leaves,root morphology and soil fertility after different mass concentrations(0,10,20,50 and 100 mg/L)of graphene oxide(GO)solution treatment in the soil.Compared with 0,the height of cutting plantlets and the mass of new stems and leaves of the10,20,50 and 100 mg/L GO solutions increased by 16.6%-62.1%and 34.4%-61.7%respectively(t=-6.13--1.82,P<0.05).The root mass,total root length,total surface area,total projected area and total volume increased by30.6%-126.1%,25.6%-124.0%,21.3%-113.4%,21.2%-119.3%and 12.5%-112.5%respectively(t=-6.35--0.68,P<0.05),soil available phosphorus content increased by 19.8%-57.4%(t=-1.25-0.78,P<0.05),respectively.After GO solution was applied to the soil,the growth state of the aerial part and root system and soil fertility was improved in an approximate concentration-dependent manner.Therefore,it was speculated that GO solution promoted the growth of silver aspen cuttings mainly by improving soil fertility and root growth state.
