摘　　要：QHSE管理体系的核心是质量、健康、安全和环境保护。利用该体系,可以更好地为海洋石油工程项目的生产管理提供保障。为此,论文结合QHSE的基本内容,以海洋石油工程项目的发展为研究对象,分析如何通过优化QHSE管理体系的结构来促进海洋石油工程项目的蓬勃发展。The core of the QHSE management system is quality,health,safety and environmental protection.Using this system can better guarantee the production management of offshore oil engineering projects.Therefore,combined with the basic content of the QHSE,this paper takes the development of offshore oil engineering projects as the research object,and analyzes how to promote the vigorous development of offshore oil engineering projects by optimizing the structure of the QHSE management system.
