摘 要:自改革开放制度实施以来,我国社会经济水平得到了大幅度的提高,且社会主义市场经济体制、事业单位机构以及人事制度也在不断的完善之中。传统的工资制度已经不能够满足现代事业单位的发展需求,对事业单位本身和员工们的切身利益造成了不可估量的损失,严重影响到了和谐社会的构建[1]。因此,现阶段,进一步推进事业单位绩效工资制度的改革已是事业单位的首要任务。Since the implementation of the reform and opening up system,China's social and economic level has been greatly improved,and the socialist market economic system,public institutions and personnel system are also in continuous improvement.The traditional pay system has been unable to meet the development needs of modern public institutions,which has caused immeasurable losses to the institutions themselves and the vital interests of employees,and seriously affected the construction of a harmonious society[1].Therefore,at the present stage,it is the primary task of public institutions to further promote the reform of performance pay system.
