摘　　要：已有大量研究表明失眠与自杀的关系较为密切。本文探讨了抑郁、噩梦、绝望、认知缺陷和冲动等潜在影响因素在两者间的作用,探索失眠与自杀可能存在的生物学机制,对失眠和自杀的关系进行简要的理论解释。通过对失眠和自杀关系的梳理,提示临床医生需要积极监测和干预自杀高危人群的失眠问题。A large number of studies have shown that insomnia is closely related to suicide.This review discusses the potential factors such as depression,nightmares,despair,cognitive impairment and impulsivity,explores the possible biological mechanism of insomnia and suicide,and makes a brief theoretical explanation of the relationship between insomnia and suicide.By combining the relationship between insomnia and suicide,it is suggested that the clinicians need to actively monitor and intervene the insomnia of high-risk suicide groups.
