摘  要:为完善装配式建筑施工质量评价体系,引入WSR(物理-事理-人理)方法,在WSR理论思想的指导下,对装配式建筑施工质量物理-事理-人理间相互作用进行深入剖析,从装配式建筑产品、施工过程、施工人员3个维度建立了评价指标体系.为保障指标权重的客观性,采用OWA算子进行赋权,并建立了装配式建筑施工质量耦合协调评价模型,最后将模型应用到实际案例中,结果表明评价模型具有可行性与合理性.In order to improve the quality evaluation system of prefabricated construction,this paper introduces WSR(physics-affair-humanism)system methodology.Under the guidance of WSR theory,the physics-affair-humanism interaction of construction quality of assembled buildings is analyzed in depth.An evaluation index system is established from three aspects:the assembled building products,the construction process and construction personnel.Moreover,the Ordered Weighted Averaging(OWA)operator is used to assign weight for guaranteeing the objectivity of index weight.Then a coupled and coordinated evaluation model of prefabricated construction quality is established.Finally,the model is applied to the actual case,and the results show that the evaluation model is feasible and reasonable.
