轨道交通站点综合效能评价的PROMETHEE方法及应用

摘　　要：轨道交通站点的综合效能评价是多属性决策分析科学评价,对于发挥轨道交通的作用以及城市交通系统的规划建设和优化调整具有重要意义.轨道交通站点综合评价问题往往不能以唯一指标作为评价依据,需要系统考虑蕴含偏好特征的各种使用指标.研究提出并运用PROMETHEE方法进行轨道交通站点效能评价.以济南轨道交通1号线的部分站点为研究案例进行评价,结果表明:PROMETHEE方法综合考虑了轨道交通站点效能指标的偏好特征,易于操作,可读性强,为轨道交通站点的评价和优化设计提供了依据.The evaluation of the comprehensive performance of rail transit stations is of great significance for the role of rail transit and the planning,construction and optimization of urban transport system.The comprehensive evaluation of rail transit stations often cannot be based on the one indicator alone.It is necessary to systematically consider various usage indicators with preference characteristics.The PROMETHEE method is proposed and applied to evaluate the effectiveness of rail transit stations.Some of the stations of Jinan Rail Transit Line 1 are used as research cases.The results show that the PROMETHEE method,which is operable and readable,takes the preference characteristics of rail transit station performance indicators into consideration,and provides a basis for the evaluation and optimization design of rail transit stations.
