数字化转型下的区域医疗健康信息平台技术架构研究

摘　　要：分析了当前我国区域卫生信息化发展中存在的问题,认为数十年的区域卫生信息化建设,一方面推动了全数字化环境下的业务流程再造,进而触发了区域医疗健康业务高度融合的数字化转型;另一方面,数字化转型的新需求,又对原建系统技术架构提出了新的挑战。本文在分析当前主流企业和互联网技术架构特点的基础上,提出了新一代"区域医疗健康信息平台"技术架构,应具备面向服务的开放架构、微服务的敏捷实现持续交付、云计算的高可用、高弹性可扩展和共性能力的开放几大架构的核心能力,即"敏捷、共享、开放、松耦、持续交付、动态发布、高安全可用"等特性。同时提出,在具体实现中需要分析业务与管理目标,充分理解每一种架构思想的精遂、合理使用,并根据实际情况,迭代前行的观点。This paper analyzed the current problems in the development of regional health informationization in China,and concluded that the construction of health informationization in the past decades has promoted business process reengineering in a fully digitized environment to start a highly integrated digital transformation of business.On the other hand,the new requirements of the digital transformation have further challenged the technical framework of the system.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current mainstream enterprises and Internet IT architecture,this paper proposes that the technical architecture of the new generation of a regional healthcare information platform should have all the key elements of open of Service oriented architecture,agile implementation and continuous delivery of micro services,high availability,high flexibility and scalability of cloud computing and sharing with common capabilities of the enterprise services platform,i.e."agility,sharing,openness,decoupling,continuous delivery,dynamic release,high security and availability".At the same time,it is proposed that in the specific implementation,we need to analyze the business and management objectives,fully understand the precise and reasonable use of each architecture idea,and iterate forward according to the actual situation.
