摘　　要：区域卫生健康信息标准体系是我国区域卫生健康信息化建设发展的重要支撑,依据区域卫生信息化建设领域的标准化应用需求,根据适用性原则,选择该领域中相关的信息标准,建立标准之间的关系,达到标准之间的高度关联和协调,使之密切衔接成为一个最佳有机整体并实际解决问题。信息标准体系对于实现包括居民健康档案、医疗卫生服务、公共卫生、疾病预防控制、医疗保障、药品保障、卫生监督和综合管理等多个业务信息系统的互联互通,建设具有高度互操作性的区域卫生健康信息平台将发挥重要作用。The regional health information standard system is an important support for the development of regional health information construction in China.On the basis of the application requirements of standardization in the field of regional health information construction,according to the applicability principle,the relevant information standards in the field are selected,the relationship between standards is established,and the high degree of correlation and coordination between standards is achieved,so as to make them closely linked and become the best organic whole and solve the problems in practice.The information standard system will play an important role in realizing the interconnection of multiple business information systems including residents'health records,medical and health services,public health,disease prevention and control,medical security,drug security,health supervision and comprehensive management,and in building a highly interoperability regional health information platform.
