摘　　要：区域医疗健康数据的标准化、共享化是最大化医疗信息资源价值必然的建设道路,如何通过数据治理实现医疗健康数据价值的挖掘是亟待解决的难题。区域医疗健康数据治理面临数据标准不统一,信息互通壁垒高,元数据管理复杂度高等数据治理难题。通过元数据管理规范公共仓库元模型(Common warehouse metamodel,CWM)的元数据模型引用,并结合医疗健康业务需求来开发一个以元数据管理为核心的医疗健康大数据集成平台,实现元数据管理模型从技术探索到应用落地的建设过程。Standardization and sharing of regional medical and health data is an inevitable way to maximize the value of medical information resources. How to realize the value mining of medical and health data through data governance is a difficult problem to be solved urgently. Regional medical and health data governance is faced with data standards are not unified, information exchange barriers are high, metadata management complexity is high data governance problems. Through the metadata management standard CWM metadata model reference, and combined with the medical and health business needs to develop a metadata governance as the core of the general medical and health big data integration platform, to achieve the metadata management model from technical exploration to the implementation of the construction process.
