摘　　要：目的:实现城市医疗联合体信息共享。方法:以瑞金医院建立的各类医联体为例,分析城市医疗联合体的信息共享模式和遇到的问题。最终设计并实现医疗联合体信息共享。结果及结论:根据医疗联合体之间物理路程的长度,设计可行的方案,可以实现城市医疗联合体中信息共享。Objective:To realize the information sharing of urban medical treatment combination.Methods:Various medical treatment combination established in Ruijin Hospital were taken as an example.The information sharing mode and problems of medical treatment combination in the city were analyzed.Finally,the information sharing of medical treatment combination was designed and realized.Results and Conclusion:According to the physical distance between medical treatment combination,a feasible scheme can be designed to realize the information sharing of medical treatment combination in city.
