摘　　要：目的:从信息化和医疗质量管理角度讨论我院基于信息化手段的临床危急值全程闭环管理的方法与成效。方法:设计危急值信息系统、危急值报告流程及终末质控规则等,对危急值进行管理的实践。结果:2019年4月至2020年3月共预警住院危急值3216例,其中检验科2686例,微生物室301例,医学影像科143例,病理科73例,超声科13例。护士、医技科室和医生的平均时限符合率分别为91.45%、73.41%和74.28%。结论:基于信息化手段的危急值管理模式能够准确、高效地记录每个危急值的关键信息,有利于对危急值实时监控,保证危急值的可追溯性,形成闭环管理。Objective: To construct the whole process closed-loop management of clinical critical value based on information technology. Methods: The critical value information system was designed, including critical value notification process and final quality control. Results: From April, 2019 to March, 2020, 3216 critical cases were reported, among which 2686 cases were reported by the laboratory, followed by 301 cases in the microbiology department, 143 cases in the medical imaging department, 73 cases in the pathology department and 13 cases in the ultrasound department. The average time limit coincidence rate of nurses was 91.45%, and that of medical technology departments and doctors was 73.41% and 74.38%, respectively. Conclusion: The critical value closed-loop management system combined with information system can accurately and efficiently record every critical information of critical value, which is conducive to real-time monitoring of critical value, ensuring the traceability of critical value and forming closed-loop management.
