网络环境下学校法制教育的困境与对策探讨

摘　　要：法制教育是学校思想政治工作的重要内容。当今,网络已深刻融入学生的学习、生活和思维之中,网络为学校法制教育提供了新机遇,有助于促进法制教育模式变革,激活法制教育学习动力,拓展法制教育育人空间,“互联网+法制教育”成为学校法制教育的必然趋势。鉴于当前网络违法犯罪活动频发、网络信息鱼龙混杂、教育体制欠缺等影响学校法制教育实效性的问题,需要推进传统法制教育与网络法制教育、网络法律建设与网络道德建设、网络硬软件建设与人才队伍建设、网络教育内容与网络教学形式的“四结合”,切实提升网络环境下学校法制教育的实效性。Legal education is an important content of school ideological and political work.Nowadays,the network has been deeply integrated into students learning,living and thinking.The network provides new opportunities for legal education in schools,helps to promote the reform of legal education model,activates the learning motivation of legal education,and expands the educational space of legal education.“Internet+Legal Education”has become the inevitable trend of legal education in schools.In view of the problems that affect the effectiveness of legal education in schools,such as frequent network illegal and criminal activities,the confusion of information on the network,and the lack of education system,it is necessary to promote the“four combinations”of traditional legal education and network legal education,network legal construction and network moral construction,network hardware and software construction and talent team construction,network education content and network teaching form,so as to effectively enhance the effectiveness of school legal education in the network environment.
