信息成本对农村网商间隐性知识转移的影响及作用机理研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]农村网商间的隐性知识转移能够促进淘宝村的形成与发展,有必要探究隐性知识转移的内在机制。[方法/过程]通过对山东、江苏、河南等省19个淘宝村网商的问卷调查,实证研究信息成本与合作行为对农村网商间隐性知识转移的作用机理,以及不同信息渠道的调节效应。[结果/结论]信息成本对农村网商间的隐性知识转移具有显著影响;合作行为在信息获取成本与隐性知识转移之间发挥了部分中介效应,在信息鉴别成本、信息分享成本与隐性知识转移之间发挥了完全中介效应;与传统信息渠道相比,在网络信息渠道下,信息获取成本得到有效降低,并触发更多的合作行为。[Purpose/significance] The tacit knowledge transfer among rural E-Tailers can promote the formation and development of Taobao villages,and it is necessary to explore the internal mechanism of tacit knowledge transfer. [Methods/process]Based on a questionnaire survey of 19 Taobao villages including Shandong,Jiangsu,and Henan provinces,this paper empirically studies the mechanism of information costs and cooperative behaviors on the tacit knowledge transfer among rural E-Tailers,and validated the regulating effect of different information channels. [Result/conclusion]Information costs have a significant impact on the tacit knowledge transfer among rural rural E-Tailers. Cooperative behavior has played a part of the mediating effect between the information acquisition costs and the tacit knowledge transfer, and has played a complete mediating effect between the information identification costs,information sharing costs and the tacit knowledge transfer. Compared with the traditional information channels,network information channels effectively reduce information acquisition costs and trigger more cooperative behavior.
