Chinese Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Jointly Issued Typical Cases of Mutual Enforcement of Arbitration Awards

摘　　要：2020年11月27日,最高人民法院與香港特別行政區政府律政司簽署《關於内地與香港特別行政區相互執行仲裁裁決的補充安排》:同時,雙方以中英文雙語形式發佈相互執行仲裁裁決的10起典型案例.On 27 November 2020,the Supreme People's Court of China and the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government signed Supplemental Arrangement Concerning Mutual Enforcement of Arbitral Awards between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR).Meanwhile,the two sides issued 10 typical cases of mutual enforcement of arbitration awards in both Chinese and English.
