摘  要:以费用最省及风险最小为优化目标,研究了轴辐式公铁联运网络中考虑开行方案约束的危险品运输路径优化问题.为了提高路径优化的可靠性和时效性,将公路运输时间不确定性考虑到问题建模中.在采用梯形模糊数刻画不确定时间的基础上,构建了危险品公铁联运路径优化的多目标模糊混合整数线性规划模型.采用模糊期望值法和模糊排序法对模糊规划模型进行清晰化处理,利用标准化加权求和法将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化,通过数学规划软件运行精确求解算法,求得问题优化的帕累托解.最后,设计算例验证了上述优化方法的可行性,并通过敏感性分析,探讨决策者可靠性偏好和时效性偏好对危险品公铁联运路径优化的影响.The hazardous materials routing problem with operation scheme constraints in the hub-and-spoke road-rail network is explored,in which minimizing the costs and reducing the risks are considered as the optimization objectives.To improve the reliability and timeliness of the routing optimization,road transportation time uncertainty is introduced into the problem modeling.Using trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to describe the uncertainty,a multi-objective fuzzy mixed integer linear programming model is established to address the hazardous materials road-rail multimodal routing problem.Fuzzy expected value method and fuzzy ranking method are used to clarify the fuzzy programming model,and normalized weighting summation method is adopted to transform the multi-objective model into a single-objective one,so that the Pareto solutions to the problem can be obtained by the exact solution algorithm carried out by the mathematical programming software.Finally,a numerical case is designed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed methods.Sensitivity analysis is employed to investigate the effects of the decision makers’reliability preferences and timeliness perferences on the routing optimization results.
