摘　　要：我国推进绿色发展的内在要求在于积极寻求经济增长与环境保护的协调.长江经济带是生态文明建设先行示范区和创新驱动区,因此推动长江经济带建设对实现长江经济带发展战略布局具有重要意义.自2013年习近平总书记提出长江经济带建设至今已8年,该政策对沿线区域经济发展的影响如何,利用2010—2018年长江经济带覆盖的11个省市的面板数据,运用DID双重差分法研究了长江经济带的设立对其沿线区域经济发展的影响.研究结论表明:长江经济带这一政策显著地促进了沿线省市的经济发展,且长江经济带政策实施的时间越长,对长江流域经济发展的促进作用越大.Pursuing the coordination of economic growth and environmental protection has become the internal requirement of promoting green development in China.The Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major strategic layout for China’s economic development,as well as a pilot demonstration zone and an innovation-driven zone for China’s ecological civilization construction.Strengthening green and innovative development is of great significance to realizing the strategic layout of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It has been 8 years since President Xi proposed the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2013.How does the policy affect the regional economic development along the belt?This paper uses the panel data of 11 provinces and cities covered by the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2018,and studies the impact of the establishment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the regional economic development along the belt by using DID double difference method.The conclusion shows that the policy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has significantly promoted the economic development of the provinces and cities along the route,and the longer the implementation of the policy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the greater the promoting effect of the economic development of the Yangtze River Basin.
