摘 要:分析了某款起停电机起停失效问题的可能原因,发现主要是由碳刷作用失效引起的,而影响碳刷作用结果的主要设计参数为碳刷电流密度,因此针对碳刷电流密度与起停电机寿命的关系进行了深入的研究,并对碳刷设计参数进行了优化设计。通过对重设计后的试验样机性能、功率检查以及碳刷磨损量的检查验证表明优化设计过后的碳刷寿命远高于原设计碳刷寿命,并对其理论基础及计算依据进行了相关分析。分析结果表明优化设计后大幅度提升了起停电机的使用寿命。同时,根据分析结果也验证了在一定设计范围内,碳刷电流密度与起停电机寿命的负相关关系,即随碳刷电流密度设计值的升高碳刷的起停电机寿命将大幅度减少。Analysis and exclusion method is used to analyze the possible causes of start-stop motor failure.It is found that it is mainly caused by the failure of carbon brush,and the main design parameter affecting the results of carbon brush action is the current density of carbon brush,therefore,the relationship between the current density of carbon brush and the life of starting and stopping motor is studied in depth,and the design parameters of carbon brush are optimized.The performance and power of the redesigned prototype and the wear amount of the carbon brush are verified.The results show that the life of the optimized carbon brush is much higher than that of the original design.The theoretical basis and calculation basis are analyzed.The analysis results show that the service life of the start stop motor is greatly improved after the optimization design.At the same time,according to the analysis results,the negative correlation between the current density of carbon brush and the service life of starting and stopping motor is verified in a certain design range,that is,with the increase of the design value of carbon brush current density,the service life of carbon brush starting and stopping motor will be greatly reduced.
