摘  要:本文采用仿真模拟分析了高压油泵驱动凸轮相位优化对正时皮带传动系统的影响。研究中,以某3缸增压缸内直喷汽油机为例,首先确定了正时系统的负载,并考虑了曲轴转速波动的影响,仿真模拟分析了高压油泵驱动凸轮相位优化对正时皮带松紧边动态张力、正时皮带张紧器摆幅及曲轴与凸轮轴相对角度偏差的影响。仿真结果表明,采用优化后的高压油泵驱动凸轮相位可以降低松紧边正时皮带最大动态张力,提高松紧边正时皮带最小动态张力,从而解决松边零张力问题;同时可以减少正时皮带张紧器摆幅和排气侧曲轴与凸轮轴相对角度偏差,尽管进气侧曲轴与凸轮轴相对角度偏差有所恶化,但仍在要求范围内。最后采用优化的高压油泵驱动凸轮相位进行了系统动态测试,系统动态特性参数满足设计要求。研究结果对改善正时皮带传统系统的动态性,提高正时皮带和正时皮带张紧器寿命及发动机的可靠性具有重要意义。This paper is mainly to investigate the influence of high-pressure fuel pump drive cam phase optimization on timing belt drive system by simulation analysis.In this paper,taking one three-cylinder TGDI engine as an example,the load of timing system of the engine are calculated firstly,and the influence of high-pressure fuel pump drive cam phase optimization on the timing belt dynamic tension of slack and tight side,timing belt tensioner arm movement and relative angular deviation between crankshaft and camshaft is simulated,with account of crankshaft irregularity.The simulation results show that maximum belt tension of slack and tight side was lowered and minimum belt tension of slack and tight side was increased,resulting in elimination of the zero-tension problem of slack side,by using optimal high-pressure drive cam phase.Meanwhile,timing belt tensioner arm movement and relative angular deviation between crankshaft and exhaust camshaft,were reduced.Although,elative angular deviation between crankshaft and intake camshaft was a little increased,but still in the range of requirement.According to system dynamic test,it shows that system dynamic properties met design requirement by using optimal high-pressure drive cam phase.This research has great significance to improve the dynamic characters of timing belt drive system,increase the life of timing belt,timing belt tensioner and the reliability of engine.
