摘 要:柴油机进入气缸的空气量和涡流强度由进气道几何形状决定,进气特性对缸内燃烧特性有重要的影响。本文采用现代逆向设计方法,对某高压共轨柴油机进气道进行设计,获得符合要求的进气道形状,利用AVL软件对气道进行CFD流动仿真分析,根据结果进行优化改进,达到理想的燃油与空气运动特性,获取最佳的燃烧比,满足高压共轨柴油机缸内燃烧特性的要求。对先进的快速成型制造技术进行研究并应用于进气道模型制造,通过气道稳流吹风试验,验证进气道实际流量系数和实际涡流比满足设计要求。Air quantity and swirl intensity are determined by the geometry shape of intake channel for the diesel engine.The air taken into the cylinder has a big influence of quantity and swirl intensity on combustion characteristic inside cylinder.This article introduces a modern reversal design method to design air intake channel of a common-rail diesel engine,accordingly get satisfactory intake channel shape,then carry out air flow simulation analysis to get perfect fuel and air movement characteristic and best combustion ratio,consequently,meet requirements of combustion characteristic inside cylinder of common-rail diesel engine.The research on advanced rapid-prototyping technology was done,and applied to the manufacture of air intake channel Model,by means of steady blow test of intake channel to verify both air flow coefficient and actual swirl ratio,which meet the design requirements.
