摘 要:为解决某型柱塞偶件故障率高问题,使用有限元方法对该柱塞偶件受力情况仿真,并结合宏观分析和理化分析。结果表明,柱塞偶件在工作过程中,由于柱塞单螺旋线结构造成了受力不平衡,在柱塞头部与柱塞套高压区产生单侧径向变形,在螺旋线对侧位置偶件间隙变小,易导致干摩擦,引起柱塞偶件咬卡,将柱塞改用双螺旋线结构,可有效提高偶件工作可靠性。The force of the plunger assembly model is simulated by finite element analysis,combined with the results of macroscopic analysis and physical and chemical analysis,to solve the problem of high failure rate of a certain type of plunger assembly.The analysis results show that the plunger head and the high pressure area of the plunger sleeve deform due to the unbalanced force caused by the single helical structure in the working process of the plunger assembly and the gap between the plunger and the plunger sleeve becomes smaller on the opposite side of the helical line which is easy to lead to dry friction and cause the plunger matching parts bite card,and this is the possible reason for the high failure rate of parts.The reliability of the plunger coupling can be improved by changing the plunger into a double helix structure.
