荧光素钠注射液眼底造影的不良反应及预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析荧光素钠注射液眼底造影的不良反应及预防效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月本院收治的58例行眼底荧光造影(FFA)患者为研究对象。观察患者FFA检查注射荧光素钠注射液后不良反应发生情况,并比较实施前后的应用效果。结果FFA检查常见的不良反应可累及消化系统、神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统、眼部、皮肤及附件、全身7个系统/器官,其中,皮肤及附件不良反应发生率最高,占比25.9%,其次为呼吸系统(22.4%)、消化系统(19.0%);干预后,患者轻度不良反应发生率明显高于干预前,重度不良反应发生率明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论荧光素钠注射液眼底造影常见的不良反应为恶心呕吐、皮疹、头晕、全身无力等,综合干预措施可有效降低不良反应发生率,提高荧光素钠注射液眼底造影的安全性。Objective To analyze the adverse reactions and preventive effects of fluorescein sodium injection in fundus angiography.Methods 58 patients with fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.FFA examination were observed after the injection of sodium fluorescein injection adverse reactions occur,and compare the application effect before and after the prevention effect.Results The common adverse reactions of FFA examination can be involve 7 systems or organs,including digestive system,nervous system,circulatory system,respiratory system,eyes,skin and accessories,and the whole body,of which the skin and accessories are the most likely to have adverse reactions,accounting for 25.9%,followed by respiratory system(22.4%),digestive system(19.0%);after the intervention,the incidence of mild adverse reactions in patients was significantly higher than before the intervention,and the incidence of severe adverse reactions was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The common side effects of fundus fluorescein injection are nausea and vomiting,rash,dizziness and general weakness.Comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of side effects and improve the safety of fundus fluorescein injection.
