复方血栓通胶囊联合激光光凝疗法治疗糖尿病性眼病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究复方血栓通胶囊联合激光光凝疗法治疗糖尿病性眼病的治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年8月本院收治的52例糖尿病性眼病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为激光组和联合组,每组26例。激光组给予激光光凝疗法,联合组在激光组基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊。比较两组治疗前后视力值、黄斑水肿直径变化情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组视力值均明显提升,且联合组明显高于激光组(P<0.05);两组黄斑水肿直径均明显缩短,且联合组明显短于激光组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为96.2%,明显高于激光组的76.9%(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合激光光凝疗法可有效改善糖尿病性眼病患者视力水平,缓解黄斑水肿状态,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with laser photocoagulation on diabetic ophthalmopathy.Methods 52 patients with diabetic ophthalmopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into laser group and combined group,with 26 cases in each group.The laser group was given laser photocoagulation therapy,and the combined group was given the compound Xueshuantong capsule on the basis of the laser group.Compare the changes of visual acuity,macular edema diameter and the treatment effect before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved,and the combined group was significantly higher than the laser group(P<0.05);the diameter of macular edema in both groups were significantly shortened,and the combined group was significantly shorter than the laser group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.2%,which was significantly higher than the 76.9%in the laser group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with laser photocoagulation can effectively improve the visual acuity level of diabetic ophthalmopathy patients,alleviate the macular edema state,with outstanding effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
