摘　　要：目的Meta整合男护士对护士职业的真实体验,为有效制订男护士的护理人力资源管理策略提供参考。方法检索Web of Science、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase、Ovid、CINAHL、CNKI、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,检索关于男护士对护士职业真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2020年7月。进行文献质量评价后,采用Meta整合的方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入12篇文献,提炼出34个明确结果、9个新类别、3个整合结果,整合结果分别为积极体验、困难与挑战和职业发展。结论男护士在进行临床护理工作时会经历多重情绪体验,护理管理者应重视男护士对护理职业的真实工作体验,提高男护士职业获益感,加强对男护士的职业生涯规划,稳定男护士护理队伍,推动护理学科性别平衡化、专业化发展。Objective To analyze the real experience of male nurses in the nurse profession by Meta synthesis,so as to provide references for the effective formulation of nursing human resource management strategy of male nurses.Methods Qualitative researches on the real experience of male nurses in the nurse profession were retrieved from Web of Science,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,EMbase,Ovid,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Database,VIP Database and China Biology Medicine disc.And the retrieval time was from the establishment of databases to July 2020.After evaluating the quality of literatures,the results were integrated using the method of Meta synthesis.Results A total of 12 articles were included,and 34 clear results,9 new categories and 3 integrated results were extracted.The integrated results were positive experience,difficulty and challenge and career development.Conclusions Male nurses will experience multiple emotional experiences in clinical nursing work.Nursing managers should pay attention to the real work experience of male nurses in the nursing profession,improve the sense of professional benefit of them,strengthen their career planning,stabilize the nursing team of them and promote the gender balance and professional development of nursing discipline.
