成人斜视患者生活质量现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查成人斜视患者生活质量现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2018年6月—2019年12月某三级医院眼科收治的成人斜视患者为研究对象。应用一般资料调查表、成人斜视患者生活质量量表、SAS和SDS进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法分析成人斜视患者焦虑、抑郁与生活质量的相关性。采用多重线性回归分析成人斜视患者生活质量的影响因素。本研究共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷286份,有效回收率为95.33%。结果286例患者的成人斜视患者生活质量量表得分为(63.15±16.39)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,焦虑、斜视度数、抑郁水平是成人斜视患者生活质量的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论成人斜视患者的生活质量处于中等水平,焦虑、斜视度数、抑郁水平为影响斜视患者生活质量的主要因素,提示护理人员可以通过对影响因素的干预提升成人斜视患者的生活质量水平。Objective To explore the current status of the quality of life of adult strabismus patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select adult strabismus patients admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of a ClassⅢhospital from June 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects.The general information questionnaire,the Adult Strabismus-related Quality of Life Questionnaire(ASQoL),the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used for investigation.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among anxiety,depression and quality of life in adult strabismus patients.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life of adult strabismus patients.A total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 286 valid questionnaires were returned with an effective response rate of 95.33%.Results Among 268 adult strabismus patients,the score of ASQoL was(63.15±16.39).Multiple linear regression analysis displayed that anxiety,degree of strabismus and depression were the influencing factors of the quality of life of adult strabismus patients also with a statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusions The quality of life of adult strabismus patients is at a moderate level.Anxiety,strabismus degree and depression are the main factors that affect the quality of life of adult strabismus patients,suggesting that nursing staff can improve the quality of life of adult strabismus patients by intervening influencing factors.
