摘  要:目的探讨在临床麻醉教学中,实施病例分析教学法的教学效果。方法选取80名麻醉专业学生为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各40名,对照组采取常规临床带教方法,而观察组则采取病例分析教学法,对比两组经1个学期带教后的教学成绩及临床带教满意情况。结果观察组学生的理论知识与实践操作考核成绩分别为(93.12±4.25)分、(92.21±4.36)分,对照组分别为(89.15±4.02)分、(88.41±4.12)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对带教工作的总满意率97.50%,明显高于对照组75.00%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论临床麻醉教学中采取病例分析教学法可取得满意的带教效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of case analysis teaching method in clinical anesthesia teaching.Methods Eighty students of anesthesia specialty were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 in each group.Teaching results after semester teaching and clinical teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment scores of the observation group students were(93.12±4.25)points and(92.21±4.36)points,and the control group were(89.15±4.02)points and(88.41±4.12)points,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of students in the observation group for teaching work was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case analysis teaching method in clinical anesthesia teaching can achieve satisfactory teaching results.
