精细化管理在中西医结合病房感染中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在中西医结合病房医院感染控制管理中的应用效果。方法将医院2019年3月—2020年1月收入的80例中西医结合病房患者,根据精细化管理开展的前后时间分为两组。对照组给予常规管理,试验组实施精细化管理。比较两组患者满意度、管理质量评分、医院感染发生率。结果试验组的患者满意度比对照组高(χ2=7.314,P=0.007<0.05)。试验组的患者满意度是97.50%,而对照组的患者满意度是77.50%。试验组精细化管理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组医院感染发生率低于对照组但差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.116>0.05),试验组医院感染发生有0例,占0.00%,而对照组医院感染发生4例,占10.0%。结论中西医结合病房患者实施精细化管理可提高管理质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in hospital infection control management in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine wards.Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,80 patients in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine ward of the hospital were divided into two groups according to the time before and after the development of refined management.The control group was given routine management,and the test group was given refined management.The patient satisfaction,management quality score,and incidence of nosocomial infections were compared between the two groups.Results The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=7.314,P=0.007<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%,while the patient satisfaction of the control group was 77.50%.The fine management quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group but the difference was not significant(P=0.116>0.05).There were 0 cases of nosocomial infection in the experimental group,accounting for 0.00%,and 4 cases of nosocomial infection in the control group,accounting for 10.0%.Conclusion The implementation of meticulous management of patients in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine wards can improve management quality,reduce hospital infections,and improve patient satisfaction.
