康妇凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康妇凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法将2018年3月—2019年9月就诊于医院妇科门诊收治的60例细菌性阴道炎患者设为治疗组A,同期收治的60例霉菌性阴道炎患者设为治疗组B,两组患者均采取康妇凝胶治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组A总有效率93.33%,治疗组B总有效率95.00%,两组患者临床有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者经治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,但两组患者白带恢复正常时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间、外阴阴道疼痛改善时间、黏膜充血改善时间对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论不管是治疗细菌性阴道炎,还是霉菌性阴道炎,康妇凝胶均有显著的临床效果,能有效改善临床症状,且操作简单,上药后并不会出现不良反应。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Kangfu gel in the treatment of bacterial and fungal vaginitis.Methods Sixty patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were assigned to treatment group A,and 60 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to treatment group B during the same period.Patients in both groups were treated with Kangfu gel,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group A was 93.33%,and that of treatment group B was 95.00%,There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical symptoms of the patients in both groups were significantly improved after treatment,however,there were no statistically significant differences in the recovery time of leucorrhea,the disappearance time of vulva pruritus,the improvement time of vulva and vaginal pain,and the improvement time of mucosal congestion between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,no adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Kangfu gel has a significant clinical effect on both bacterial and fungal vaginitis.,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and it is simple to operate,and no adverse reactions will occur after taking the medicine.
