关于住宅底部商业服务网点防火设计及日常监督管理的几点思考

摘　　要：随着城市人口密度的不断增加,商业服务网点已经成为城市人居工程建设过程中的重要组成部分,而商服网点的防火问题,一直都是消防部门重点关注的对象,它会对人们的财产安全以及生命安全产生直接影响,因此,加强针对住宅底部商业服务网点防火设计及日常监督管理进行探究,具有十分重要的现实意义。基于此,该文从消防疏散设计、消防供水设计以及消防面积设计3个方面,对住宅底部商业服务网点防火设计进行分析,并在此基础上探究住宅底部商业服务网点防火日常监督管理策略。With the continuous increase of urban population density,commercial service outlets have become an important part of the construction of urban human settlements.The fire protection of commercial service outlets has always been a key issue of the fire department’s attention.There is a direct impact on the people safety of property and life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the fire protection design and daily supervision and management of the commercial service outlets at the bottom of the residence.Based on this,this article will analyze the fire protection design of commercial service outlets at the bottom of the residence from three aspects:fire evacuation design,fire water supply design,and fire protection area design,and on this basis,explore the daily supervision and management strategies for fire protection of commercial service outlets at the bottom of the residence.
