基于上海女性样本对鲍曼敏感性皮肤问卷的精简研究

摘　　要：随着敏感性皮肤适用护肤产品研发需求增长,简易、高效、低成本的敏感性皮肤判别方法价值日渐凸显。受此现状启发,本研究尝试对广受采纳的鲍曼敏感性皮肤问卷进行精简并保持原有判定效果。研究选择319名18~50岁上海女性作为受试样本,采用乳酸刺痛评分作为参照,通过相关性分析、问卷信效度检验、因子分析和样本检出率分析实现问卷条目的精简和效果检验。研究结论认为,鲍曼敏感性问卷可由现在的18题精简为13题,可精简题目内容主要与皮肤病客观表征诊断或治疗相关。With increasing demand for the research and development of sensitive skin care products,simple,efficient and low-cost methods for sensitive skin classification have become more and more important.This study was attempted to shorten the widely accepted Baumann sensitive skin questionnaire while maintain its classification validity.A total of 319 Shanghai females aged from 18~50 were selected as the subjects.Lactic acid sting test score was applied as the reference.Correlation analysis,reliability and validity test,factor analysis and sample detection rate analysis were used to achieve questionnaire shortening and classification validation.The results showed that the Baumann sensitive skin questionnaire could be shortened from 18 questions to 13 questions,and the deleted questions were mainly related to objective skin disease symptoms or medical treatment.
