摘  要:在某黄金冶炼厂的生产中发现,流程中的硫酸根浓度逐渐升高,酸化液中硫酸根浓度已经达到76.89g/L。当气温降低时,产生的硫酸钠结晶堵塞管路,影响泵的运行,严重时影响生产。本文中,采用加入石灰中和酸化液,氯化钙处理中和液的方法,有效降低了液体中硫酸根浓度。该方法药剂成本低、反应速度快,解决了冬季硫酸钠结晶问题。In the production process of a gold smelter,it was found that the sulfate concentration in the cyanide containing water system increased gradually,and the sulfate concentration in the acidifying solution reached 76.89g/L.When the temperature drops,the sodium sulfate crystals produced block the pipeline,Affect the operation of the pump,which seriously affects the normal production.In this paper,the concentration of sulfate in the liquid was effectively reduced by adding lime to treat the acidifying solution and calcium chloride to treat the neutralizing solution,.This method has the advantages of low cost and fast reaction speed,and solves the problem of sodium sulfate crystallization in winter.
