摘 要:稻盛和夫创建的阿米巴经营模式,最初用于他所创立的京瓷公司并解决了规模扩张过程中的管理问题,让京瓷公司成功跻身世界500强。近年,国内有色金属冶炼企业如驰宏综合利用、豫光金铅等成功导入阿米巴经营模式后,业绩也都得到大幅提升。本文以某压延加工企业为例,就有色金属压延加工企业如何导入阿米巴经营模式进行分析探讨。The amoeba business model created by Inamori was initially used in Kyocera company he founded,and solved the management problems in the process of scale expansion,making Kyocera company one of the world's top 500.In recent years,domestic non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises,such as Chihong comprehensive utilization and Yuguang Gold lead,have successfully introduced the amoeba business model,and their performance has also been greatly improved.Taking a rolling processing enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses how to introduce amoeba business model into non-ferrous metal rolling processing enterprise.
