大型立式数控车床气动系统设计及其调整

摘　　要：为满足高精度、高效率、大批量大型零件的加工要求,设计此大型立式数控车床,其气动系统由气源、气动三联件、电磁换向阀、单向节流阀等气动元件组成。用于实现机床换刀时自动门(主机左右自动门、ATC刀库)的开关、机床刀检时刀具测量开关及刀检吹风、刀夹换刀吹风、刀具风冷却等功能。实际应用证明,该系统工作可靠、完全满足了机床的设计要求。In order to meet the processing requirements of high precision,high efficiency and large quantities of large parts,this large vertical CNC lathe is designed.Its pneumatic system is composed of air source,pneumatic triplet,electromagnetic directional valve,one-way throttle valve and other pneumatic components.It is used to realize the switch of automatic door(left and right automatic door of main machine,ATC tool magazine)during tool change,tool measuring switch during tool check,tool check blowing,tool holder changing blowing,tool air cooling and other functions.The practical application shows that the system works reliably and completely meets the design requirements of the machine tool.
