摘  要:针对壁面油膜与预混火焰的相互作用过程,采用数值模拟研究方法,考察了不同初始条件下,多组分柴油油膜对甲烷-空气预混火焰传播过程淬熄、壁面热通量等燃烧特性和碳烟、氮氧化合物NOx、未燃碳氢化合物(UHC)等排放的影响.首先,考察了温度为800~1100K,压力为1.5~2.5 MPa、壁面温度为350~450 K和当量比为0.9~1.1条件下,火焰淬熄距离、传播速度和壁面热通量的变化.其次,分析了干湿壁面对甲烷预混火焰放热率的影响.然后,研究了近壁区域内UHC、CO和碳烟前驱体以及与碳烟生成相关小分子物质,包括C2H2、C2H4和C3H3等的生成.最后,对比了单组分异辛烷油膜和四组分柴油替代油膜对排放的影响.In this paper,numerical investigation was conducted for the examination of the interaction between wall film and premixed flame.The effects of multi-component diesel wall film on flame quenching,wall heat flux and emissions,including soot,NOx,and unburned hydrocarbons(UHC)emitted during the interaction of methane-air premixed flame propagation were examined under different initial conditions.Firstly,the flame quenching distance,propagation speed and wall heat flux under the initial temperature of 800—1100K,pressure of 1.5—2.5MPa,wall temperature of 350—450 K and equivalence ratio of 0.9—1.1 were studied.Secondly,the effect of dry and wet walls on heat release rate was analyzed.Thirdly,the emissions,including UHC,CO,soot precursors,and small molecule substances such as C2H2,C2H4 and C3H3,which were related to soot generation in the near-wall region,were studied.Lastly,the effect of isooctane wall film on emissions was compared with that of the four-component diesel surrogate wall film.
