摘　　要：“藏”和“阅”是图书馆工作重心,读者服务是“阅”的最基本体现。信息、知识的共享是未来读者服务的方向,在“双高计划”建设的大背景下,高职院校图书馆不应满足于校内文献信息中心的功能,还要积极变革,扩大读者服务的深度和广度,寻求适应本馆的社会服务的方式。本文就高职院校图书馆社会服务的必要性和服务模式进行了初步的探索。“Collecting”and“reading”are the focus of library work,and reader service is the most basic embodiment of“reading”.The sharing of information and knowledge is the direction of future reader service.Under the background of the construction of the“Double High Plan”,the library of higher vocational colleges should not be satisfied with the function of the school's document information center,but must actively change and expand the depth and breadth of reader service,seeking ways to adapt to the social services of the library.This article makes a preliminary exploration on the necessity and service mode of social service in higher vocational college libraries.
