摘　　要：内部质量高标准要求是铸造涡壳的首要条件,不允许出现任何差错,所以产品的生产难度大,在对产品的内部结构进行研究之后我们发现了核心所在。之后我们重新设计了铸件的工艺方案并且将一定的配比数值进行了修改。The high standard of internal quality is the primary condition of casting vortex shell,and no errors are allowed,so the production of the product is difficult.After studying the internal structure of the product,we find the core.Then we redesigned the casting process and modified the ratio value.
