摘　　要：历史已经表明,中国共产党自执政以来获得了历史性的进步。其主要表现是:执政目标越来越以人民为中心,具有人民性;执政理念越来越求实,具有先进性;执政决策越来越尊重科学,具有科学性。取得这种历史性进步的原因是多方面的,其根本原因是:中国共产党人具有世界共产党人为实现崇高理想而自觉拼搏的奋斗精神;具有中国历朝历代奋斗者共有的浓烈的社会公平正义感;具有自身历史生成的极强的自我修复能力。正是这种有根有据的历史性进步和与时俱进的先进性,推动和改变了中国,影响和改变了世界,并在这种宏大改变中改变了自己。中国和中国共产党改变了世界,当今世界也需要重新认识中国和中国共产党。History has proved that the Communist Party of China has made historic progress since coming to power, which is mainly shown in the following: the governing goal becomes more and more people-oriented and has the affinity to the people;the governing idea is more realistic and advanced;the governing decision has the respect for science and is more scientific. The causes for such historical progress involves many aspects, and the fundamental ones are: Chinese communists have the spirit of self-conscious struggle for the realization of the lofty ideals shared by the world communists;they have the strong sense of social fairness and justice shared by the Chinese fighters in all the past dynasties;and they have the strong self-healing ability of their own historical generation. It is this proven historical progress and the advanced nature of advancing with the times that have changed China, influenced and changed the world, and changed the Party itself in this tremendous change. China and the Communist Party of China have changed the world, and today’s world also needs a new understanding of China and the Communist Party of China.
