摘 要:文献引用是一项重要的学术写作技能。本文以10篇英语专业硕士论文为语料,通过文本分析法分析二语学术写作的文献引用不当行为。结果发现:1)文献引用不当现象较为普遍,出现频率由高到低依次为无效引用、未归功复制、未归功二次引用和翻译。不当引用的源文献主要为国内外期刊和专著;2)文献引用不当的文本复制量较高,且现有检测识别工具不能完全识别文献引用不当。研究结果表明有必要对英语专业硕士生就学术文献引用开展教学,提升其学术写作能力,强化学术监督和自律。Citation is an essential academic writing technique.Based on a corpus of 10 MA theses of English Majors,this study adopts text analysis to examine the phonomenon of inappropriate citations in L2 academic writing.The findings are:1)The widelyappeared inappropriate citation beharior includes Invalid Citation,Undocumented Reduplication,Undocumented Secondary Citation and Translation in terms of decreasing frequency,with the sources mainly domestic and foreign research articles and monographs;2)The inappropriate citations are at a rather high similarity level with a large amount of verbatim source use;however,the existing detection tools cannot fully identify inappropriate citations.The research findings show that it is necessary to carry out academic citation teaching for postgraduates majoring in English to improve their academic writing ability and strengthen academic supervision and self-discipline.
