摘  要:航空发动机控制系统研制过程中,系统仿真是控制算法验证、边界条件模拟和故障注入等的有效手段,对提升航空发动机控制系统质量和降低验证成本具有重要作用。结合工程实际需要,基于Python程序设计语言,综合运用面向对象的发动机建模、数据库和人机界面等技术完成某航空发动机全数字仿真平台开发,并通过仿真实验验证了该平台的正确性和可靠性。该平台充分利用了Python在程序设计、数据库、数值分析和GUI等方面的强大优势,具有良好的可交互性和可扩展性。In the development of aero-engine control system,simulation is an effective means of control algorithm verification,boundary condition simulation and fault injection.It plays an important role in improving control system quality and reducing verification cost.In order to meet engineering requirements,an aero engine real-time simulation platform is developed based on Python.Object-oriented engine modeling technology,database and HMI were used during the construction of this platform.The correctness and effectiveness were demonstrated by the simulation results.The flexibility of the Python language and its powerful open source library in numerical analysis,databases,and GUIs were fully utilized.The platform is modular,and has good interactivity and scalability.
