摘　　要：为了解决学校现有财务系统间的交互不足、跨部门间的数据孤岛问题,提出基于一门式服务体系的“互联网+财务管理”系统的构建方案。以数据融合、业务融合为核心,借助互联网、区块链信息技术集网上报销系统、网上审批系统、科研申报系统、查询系统等信息系统,搭建财务网上服务大厅,畅通业务流程。实践效果及分析显示财务网上服务大厅的推广及应用解决了师生报销难、办事难等问题,打通了部门间的数据壁垒,提高了办事效率和服务质量,实现了多元化全方位创新服务,为高校财务信息化建设提供参考。In order to solve the problem of insufficient interaction between the existing financial systems and the problem of data island between different departments,this paper proposes an“Internet+financial management”system construction scheme based on one-stop service system.It took data fusion and business integration as the core.With the help of Internet information technology,it built a financial online service hall through the integration of online reimbursement system,online approval system,online scientific research application system,inquiry system and other information systems.The result shows that the promotion and application of the financial online service hall solves the problems of difficult reimbursement for teachers and students.It improves the efficiency of work and service quality,realizes diversified and all-round innovative services,and thus providing reference for the construction of financial information in colleges and universities.
