摘 要:交通拥堵、停车贵、停车难等问题在城市中日益凸显。基于通信技术、网络技术、大数据、云计算等技术手段,设计开发城市级智慧停车综合管理系统。采用分层分布式网络结构,实现停车场管理、停车信息采集、停车引导、泊位预定查询等一系列智慧停车管理和服务,并全面应用到长春市105个封闭停车场和28条街道的路内/路侧停车泊位,解决了长春市“两横三纵”快速路下的所有停车场/泊位的车辆停放管理问题,形成了以“城市级”概念为基础的智慧停车解决方案。长春市的成功案例表明该系统在缓解交通拥堵、解决停车难题的同时也可为政府部门的决策与监督提供数据支撑,助力智慧城市的建设。The problems of urban traffic congestion,expensive parking and difficult parking become increasingly prominent.A city-level intelligent parking management system is designed and developed based on communication technology,network technology,big data,cloud computing and other technologies.The system network architecture was hierarchical and distributed.It realized a series of intelligent parking management and services,such as parking lot management,parking information collection,parking guidance,parking reservation and inquiry.The management system has been successfully applied to 105 closed parking lots and 28 street parking spaces in Changchun,and it has solved the parking management problems of all parking lots and parking spaces under the“two horizontal&three vertical”Expressway.A smart parking solution based on the concept of“city level”has been formed.The successful case of Changchun shows that the city-level intelligent parking management system proposed in this paper can alleviate urban traffic congestion and solve parking problems.It can also provide data support for the decision-making and supervision of relevant government departments,and help the construction of intelligent cities.
