甘草泻心汤联合龙血竭胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甘草泻心汤联合龙血竭胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及其对血清白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:将88例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用甘草泻心汤联合龙血竭胶囊口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后改良Mayo评分、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组有效率为95.45%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后改良Mayo评分、血清IL-8、TNF-α水平低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复发率为39.39%,观察组复发率为4.86%,两组患者复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤联合龙血竭胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎,可降低患者血清炎性因子IL-8、TNF-α水平和复发率,改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction combined with Longxuejie Capsule(龙血竭胶囊,LXJC)on ulcerative colitis(UC)and its influence on serum interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.Methods:A total of 88 patients with UC were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction combined with LXJC on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,changes of modified Mayo score,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,and that of the observation group was 95.45%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Mayo score,serum IL-8 and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the control group was 39.39%,and that of the observation group was 4.86%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of UC,Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction combined with LXJC can reduce the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α,and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
