摘　　要：针刺治疗中风偏瘫的常用方法有:体针疗法、眼针疗法、头针疗法、"靳三针"、穴位注射疗法、电针疗法及针刺结合其他疗法等。其中,体针疗法包括传统体针、巨刺法、"醒脑开窍法"等。体针、头针、眼针等运用较多并取得较好疗效,此外,一些特殊疗法如"醒脑开窍法""靳三针"等也获得较好的疗效,但特殊针法虽然运用到临床中并取得疗效,但未被大量研究数据证实,缺乏大样本数据,不能为科研提供可靠依据,缺乏对机制的深入探讨。针刺治疗中风偏瘫疗效较好,但尚未明确何种针刺方法最佳,故医者应采用循证医学,因人而异,选择最合适的针刺方法。The common methods of acupuncture treatment of stroke hemiplegia include body acupuncture,eye acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,"Master Jin′s three-needle acupuncture",acupoint injection therapy,electroacupuncture and acupuncture combined with other therapies.Among them,body acupuncture therapies include traditional body acupuncture,contralateral meridian needling,"method of activating brain for resuscitation",etc.In addition,some special therapies such as"method of activating brain for resuscitation","Master Jin′s three-needle acupuncture",and others have also achieved good curative effects.However,although the special acupuncture methods have been applied in clinical practice and achieved curative effects,they have not been confirmed by a large number of research data,lack of large sample data,cannot provide reliable basis for scientific research,and lack of in-depth discussion on the mechanism.Acupuncture is effective in treating stroke hemiplegia,but it is not clear which acupuncture method is the best.Therefore,doctors should adopt evidence-based medicine and choose the most appropriate acupuncture method according to different people.
