艾灸疗法的不良反应及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析艾灸过程中存在的不良反应及安全问题,并提出安全目标与措施,确保艾灸疗法的安全使用。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane library、PubMed、Clinical Trials、UpToDate、中国知网、维普网和万方等数据库,筛选符合纳入标准与排除标准的文献共44篇,并提取艾灸安全性相关数据进行分析。结果:报道艾灸治疗过程中患者有不良反应发生情况的文献共40篇,不良反应发生率为3.97%;各类不良反应中,发生率较高的是烫伤、皮肤过敏和头晕,占比分别为50.96%、11.54%、7.69%;报道施术者因暴露于艾烟环境中,致身体不良影响的文献共4篇,共453例,主要表现为呼吸道症状及眼睛的不适,患病率为26.67%~100.00%。结论:艾灸前应充分评估、提前采取防烫伤措施、控制艾灸时间及控制诊室艾烟浓度,以确保患者及施术者的安全。Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions and safety problems in the process of moxibustion,and put forward safety objectives and measures to ensure the safe use of moxibustion therapy.Methods:The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Clinical Trials,UpToDate,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched by computer.A total of 44 articles were selected and analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results:There were 40 reports on the occurrence of adverse reactions during moxibustion treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.97%.Among all kinds of adverse reactions,scald,skin sensibility and dizziness accounted for 50.96%,11.54%and 7.69%respectively.There were 4 articles about the adverse effects of exposure to moxa smoke in 453 cases.The main symptoms were respiratory symptoms and eye discomfort.The prevalence rate was 26.67%-100.00%.Conclusion:In order to ensure the safety of patients and operators,it is necessary to fully evaluate before moxibustion,take measures to prevent scald in advance,control the moxibustion time length and the concentration of moxa smoke in the consulting room.
