摘　　要：餐后不适综合征(postprandial distress syndrome,PDS)是功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的一个亚型。西医认为,PDS的发病机制为胃肠动力障碍、内脏敏感性增加、幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylore,Hp)感染、脑-肠轴调节功能异常、精神心理因素等,其治疗方法主要包括促进胃肠动力、促进胃底舒张、消化酶治疗、精神心理治疗等。中医药治疗PDS的主要方法包括辨证运用古方加减治疗、中成药治疗、中医外治法等。但治疗仍以临床经验为主,尚缺乏进一步的动物实验及药理研究。目前,中西医结合治疗PDS尚缺乏多中心、大样本量、盲法的临床研究,且对于中药、西药联合应用的药理机制研究较少,今后,仍需进一步深入研究。Postrandial distress syndrome(PDS)is a subtype of functional dyspepsia(FD).According to Western medicine,the pathogenesis of PDS is gastrointestinal motility disorder,visceral sensitivity increase,helicobaccter pylori(Hp)infection,abnormal brain-intestinal axis regulation function,mental and psychological factors,etc.The treatment methods include promoting gastrointestinal motility,promoting gastric fundus relaxation,digestive enzyme therapy,psychotherapy,etc.The main methods of TCM in the treatment of PDS include syndrome differentiation of modified ancient classical formulas,Chinese patent medicine treatment and external treatment of TCM,etc.But the treatment is still based on clinical experiences,lacks of further animal experiments and pharmacological research.At present,there is still a lack of multicenter,large-scale,blind clinical research on the treatment of PDS with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and there are few researches on the pharmacological mechanism of the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.So,in the future,further related researches are needed.
