摘　　要：西医治疗神经性耳鸣以改善循环、营养神经及抗焦虑抑郁等为主,从而改善患者的临床症状;中医治疗神经性耳鸣以单纯针刺疗法、电针疗法、灸法、针药结合和穴位注射疗法为主要治疗方法。但目前仍存在以下问题:(1)大部分研究针对个别证型,且每个证型的辨证论治也不全面;(2)中医治疗方法的作用机制尚不明确;(3)患者心理因素对疾病的影响较大,但实际临床治疗中对心理疗法不够重视;(4)缺乏对经验穴位的总结运用。今后,应多针对不同证型进行研究,加强对证选穴,同时注重心理疏导,以改善神经性耳鸣患者的生活质量。Western medicine treatment of nervous tinnitus focuses on improving circulation,nourishing nerve and anti anxiety and depression,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,while TCM treatment of nervous tinnitus regards simple acupuncture,electroacupuncture,moxibustion,acupuncture combined with medicine and acupoint injection therapy as the main therapies.At present,there are the following problems:(1)Most of the studies focus on individual syndrome types,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of each syndrome type is not comprehensive.(2)The mechanism of TCM treatment is not clear.(3)The psychological factors of patients have a greater impact on the disease,but the actual clinical treatment does not pay enough attention to psychological therapy.(4)There is lack of summary and application of experience acupoints.In the future,we should do more research on different syndrome types,strengthen the selection of acupoints according to different syndromes,and pay attention to psychological counseling,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with nervous tinnitus.
