摘 要:基于2000—2018年中国内地除西藏以外的30个省份的面板数据,采用非线性格兰杰因果检验和时空地理加权模型,分析土地资源市场化、产业结构升级两者之间的影响机理与关系。结果表明:土地资源市场化、产业结构升级之间存在互为因果的非线性关系,两者之间相互促进且呈现出显著的区域分化和时空异质性。基础设施和人力资本对两者产生了显著的正向时空异质影响,经济发展和对外开放对两者则产生了显著的负向时空异质影响。因此,地方政府需要加快产业结构升级、推进土地市场化改革、加强土地资源的区域合作,以实现地区土地资源市场化和产业结构升级的协同发展。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China's Mainland except Tibet from 2000 to 2018,the nonlinear Granger causality test and the geographically and temporally weighted regression(GTWR)are used to analyze the influence mechanism and relationship between the marketization of land resources and the upgrading of industrial structure.The result shows that there is a non-linear relationship between marketization of land resources and upgrading of industrial structure,the interaction effect between marketization of land resources and the upgrading of industrial structure has produced and shows significant regional differentiation and space-time heterogeneity.Infrastructure and human capital have significant positive spatiotemporal heterogeneity,while economic development and opening up have significant negative spatiotemporal heterogeneity.Therefore,local governments need to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure,promote the reform of land marketization and strengthen regional cooperation between industry and the utilization of land to achieve coordinated development of regional land resource optimization and the upgrading of industrial structure.
