摘　　要：目的系统评价妊娠早期循环metastin/kisspeptin水平与自然流产(SAB)的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,搜集有关妊娠早期循环kisspeptin水平与SAB相关性的研究,检索文献的时间设置均为从建库至2020年6月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入3个巢式病例对照研究、2个病例对照研究和1个前瞻性队列研究,包括SAB患者157例,作为对照的正常宫内妊娠(IUP)孕妇1018例。meta分析显示,SAB组kisspeptin水平低于IUP组[SMD=-1.68,95%CI:-2.65~-0.72,P=0.0006]。结论循环metastin/kisspeptin水平降低与SAB有一定相关性,受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。Objective To systematically review the association of circulatory metastin/kisspeptin and spontaneous abortion(SAB).Methods PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP Database of China Science and Technology Journal(VIP)and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)were retrieved to find the studies on the association of kisspeptin and spontaneous abortion.Two reviewers independently screened the literatures,extracted data and assessed risk of bias of included studies.Meta-analysis was then performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Four case-control studies and 1 prospective cohort study were included,in which a total of 157 patients were in the case group and 1018 women with normal intrauterine pregnancy(IUP)were in the IUP group as control.The meta-analysis showed that women in SAB group were with significantly decreased circulatory kisspeptin levels[SMD=-1.68,95%CI(-2.65,-0.72),P=0.0006]compared with IUP group.Conclusion The current evidence shows that circulatory metastin/kisspeptin is associated with SAB.Due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies,more high quality studies are required to verify above conclusion.
