摘  要:随着国家智慧城市战略的推进,智慧港口建设势在必行,而港口轮胎吊智能运行控制系统是其中重要的组成部分。针对当前人工操纵轮胎吊作业方式存在精准控制难、安全隐患高和作业效率低等问题,基于三维(3D)地理信息系统(GIS),集成北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)、第5代移动网络通信技术(5G)、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术等现代信息技术,研究构建轮胎吊智能运行控制系统的方法,可在3D场景中进行轮胎吊运自动导航、运行轨迹监控与报警、集装箱智能拾取、任务调度等功能。应用该系统可实现轮胎吊智能化运行控制和实时在线3D显示,大大减少人力消耗,降低安全风险。With the advancement of national smart city strategy,the construction of smart port is imperative,and the intelligent operation control system of port tire crane is an important part of it.In view of the problems of difficulty of precise control,serious security risks and low operating efficiency in the current manual operation method of the tire crane,the constructing method of the tire crane intelligent operation control system is researched in this paper based on 3D Geographic Information System(3D GIS),integration of BeiDou navigation satellite System(BDS),the fifth Generation of mobile network communication technology(5G),Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and other modern information technology.The functions,such as tire crane automatic navigation,trajectory monitoring and alarming,container picking up intelligently,task scheduling,are implemented in the 3D scene.By applying the system,intelligent operation controlling and real-time online 3D display of the tire crane can be realized,and the manpower consumption and safety risk can be greatly reduced.
