摘  要:通过分析创新创业教育与高职铁建类专业深度融合过程中存在的问题,构建了具有高职特色的铁建类专业人才培养模式。构建"专创并行+模块互嵌+二课拓展+实习升华"的课程体系,建立"统筹管理、分层落实、持续改进"的双创制度保障体系,创建"过程性考核+过关考核+弹性积分兑换"的考核模式,搭建双创实践育人平台和教练型双创教师锻造平台等措施,实现了专创教育的深度融合,增强了师生的创新意识和双创能力,为高职铁路建设类专业设置提供了范式。Through analyzing the problems existing in the deep integration process of innovation and entrepreneurship education and railway construction major in higher vocational colleges, this paper constructs a professional training mode of railway construction major with higher vocational characteristics. Construct the curriculum system of "creative parallel + modules embedded + second class expansion + internship sublimation", establish a "overall management, layered implementation and continuous improvement" institutional guarantee system for innovation and entrepreneurship, create "process assessment + pass assessment + flexible point exchange" appraisal model, carry out measures such as building a platform for educating people for innovation and entrepreneurship practice and a forging platform for coach-based innovation and entrepreneurship teachers practice. It realizes the deep integration of creative education, enhances the innovation consciousness and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of teachers and students, and provides a paradigm for the setting of railway construction major in higher vocational colleges.
